2Brains developed the Integrated Self-Service Platform (PIA), a robust and scalable solution based on microservices, designed to integrate with SAP ERP and support multiple interaction channels. This platform addresses ICB Food Service’s main technological challenges, ensuring operational efficiency and flexibility.
Among its key features, PIA includes a microservices-based backend, integration with advanced technologies such as Kubernetes, AWS, DynamoDB, and MongoDB, and an event-driven reactive architecture for enhanced resilience. Additionally, it implements API Gateway patterns for efficient data management. From a user experience perspective, its UX/UI design prioritizes accessibility and simplicity, offering dynamic workflows that optimize navigation and compatibility with assistive technologies to ensure digital inclusion.
